This 5-8 minute questionnaire is designed to identify the challenges you face in making career decisions
and to uncover their sources.
You'll see statements about your career decision-making process. For each one, indicate how well it
describes you on a scale from 1 (Does not describe me at all) to 9 (Describes me very well).
After completing the questionnaire, you'll receive personalized feedback on your difficulties and
recommendations for overcoming them.
There are no right or wrong answers—just answer honestly based on how you feel.
