About Us

Development Team

The MBCD Website is based on research conducted at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and The Ohio State University by a team led by Prof. Itamar Gati.
The team specializes in the study of career decision-making, including the challenges and difficulties individuals encounter, the strategies they use, and the compromises involved. In addition, the team develops computer-assisted career guidance systems designed to facilitate the decision-making process.
